*Please let us know if any changes on your reservation as soon as possible. We do not guarantee any changes can be made with less than 1 working day notice before the reservation time.
Payment:
Payment in advance by ATM transfer/ PayMe/ WeChat Pay HK/ Alipay HK/ FPS
Cancellation & Refund Policy:All reservation will be cancelled and FULL refund automatically under the following situation:
- Thundary storm warning is issued 2 hours before the reservation time;
- AMBER/ Red/ Black rainstorm signal is issued 2 hours before the reservation time;
- Typhone signal no. 3 or above is issued 4 hours before the reservation time
- Cancellation request from customer at least 24 hours before the reservation time
All reservation will be cancelled automatically and NO refund under the following situation:
- Customer no show 30 minutes after the reservation time
- Cancellation request less than 24 hours before the reservation time
